You&#039;re right.  Steaming would be better.  I usually follow recipes with minimal modifications the first time and then try changing them around.  When I make my next batch of orange puree, I&#039;ll try steaming the yams and carrots instead of boiling them.</description>

		<description>You might want to consider baking or steaming most of your veggies and not boiling since boiling leeches out a huge amount of vitamins and nutrients.

Can&#039;t wait to see how you work it all into your meals. I&#039;ve been wondering how to get Nati to eat more veggies.
